Transcription: Units have three attributes, health, morale and quality. Quality is increased by a city's level of advancement and unit battle experience. A realistic touch is that units and cities affect each other's attributes when they come into contact with each other. I find it frustrating though that there are no attack or defense values, making it hard for me to judge a unit's battle worthiness.
